Return and Refund Policy
At Patriarch Cigar Co., your satisfaction is our priority. Our Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms for returning products and requesting refunds. While cigars are non-returnable due to their perishable nature, exceptions are made for defective or damaged items, which must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Accessories may be returned in unused condition within 30 days of purchase, subject to approval.

At Patriarch Cigar Co., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your order, we offer a straightforward return policy to ensure your experience with us is as smooth as possible.
Return Eligibility:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. We will gladly arrange for a replacement or issue a refund as appropriate.
If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please notify us within 5 days of receiving the product. We will work to correct the order and make sure you’re completely satisfied.
If you change your mind about a purchase, you may return unopened and unused products within 5 days of receiving your order. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please follow these simple steps:
Contact us at Patriarch.cigars@gmail.com with your order number and description of the issue to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
With the provided RA number, send the products back to us in their original packaging, including all accessories, within 5 days of receiving the RA number.
Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund or replacement:
If eligible, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.
If applicable, a replacement item will be shipped to you within 5 business days.
